We talked with Kathy Barrie prior to our arrival in Florida on a vacation about looking at some houses. She sent us some information in the mail about the Lakewood Ranch area which was very helpful and interesting. We chatted back and forth about what we were thinking about as far as homes. Upon our arrival Kathy spent a couple of days taking us to new builds in the area that met our criteria. She was so professional and knowledgeable about the areas. Her sweet and fun personality made it easy for us to talk to her. She was able to give us some good ideas and helped us understand the housing market in the area. We have not made any decisions as yet as we are still trying to decide where we want to have a winter home. However, Kathy continues to keep us informed about houses that come on the market. Wonderful working with Kathy Barrie at Michael Saunders to find a home to escape the cold winters in the northeast!
