Kathy brings a Midwest mentality and work ethic along with a cosmopolitan lifestyle. Her extensive world travel and studies at the Interior Design Institute in Newport Beach make Kathy the right agent to help you find a home that meets all of your wants and needs. Kathy also has a background in sales and customer service that makes her the perfect guide for navigating the real estate market. Kathy and her husband, Mark, live in Lakewood Ranch. She loves her local community, the many recreational and cultural opportunities it has to offer, and the accessibility of some of the most beautiful beaches in the world! They enjoy visiting California and Iowa, international travel, and all things food and wine. They pride themselves in seeking out that special local gem. Kathy also is an expert skier and likes to hit the slopes annually to keep her skills sharp.
